Privacy Policy

Vault ("Vault") is a product of Prodeegi ("Prodeegi", "we"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, and password hash for the founder or admin.
• Business data: workspace name, industry, country, currency, payroll cycle.
• Employee data you upload: employee name, work email, salary, status.
• Transaction data: deposit amounts and Paystack references; payroll run history.
• Product telemetry: basic usage events to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use it

• To operate Vault: run payroll, send payday and reminder emails, display balances.
• To secure your account and prevent fraud.
• To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors that only receive the data they need:

• Paystack — payment processing for deposits and payouts.
• Supabase — managed database and auth hosting.
• Email delivery — sending transactional emails from notify.prodeegi.com.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to Prodeegi staff who need it to operate the service. Employee salary data is scoped per-workspace via row-level security.

5. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your workspace data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Employee unsubscribe links are included in every payroll email.
